Primary Target→7 nAChRs

General description

A potent partial agonist selective for α7 nAChRs (EC₅₀ = 34 µM). Widely used in investigating the roles of α7 nAChRs in aging, learning and memory, and cognition. Enhances memory in mouse models for Alzheimer′s disease.
